About me

If there are three words to describe me, they are

  • warm
  • open minded
  • knowledgeable

I’ve lived life along what some might call a less beaten path. I’m pretty unshockable and unjudgmental, with an expansive world view.

I am knowledgeable about the world, and the individual’s place within it. It is an honour to accompany you on the development of your Self – a unique and often epic journey – the journey within.

So if you have a conflict between your head and your heart; or you have a problem for which you seek resolution; if you’re struggling with the reality of the world you find yourself in; or you simply want to become the best you that you can be – I provide the therapeutic safe space for you to make a commitment to yourself to explore these issues.

I specialise in providing therapeutic support to clients experiencing

  • life crises
  • anxiety and depression
  • domestic violence
  • relationship difficulties
  • abuse, whether emotional or physical
  • issues of difference, diversity, racism and other forms of oppression
  • Integration of meaning in experiences gained from plant medicines

My background

My background is communications and marketing in politics, local government and mental health. Following my own personal crisis, I undertook a journey of transformation through psychotherapy. Changing vocation, I decided to devote my life to helping others discover themselves, so they can be the fully functioning person they know they can be.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists

I am listed on the Black and Asian Therapists Network (BAATN).
